As I work on a manuscript, I get to experience conversations and insights into the author's mind and the journey they went on to create the story. I really enjoy those conversations, and I thought it could be fun to turn them into a visual chat for readers to dive into! This way, you guys get to take to uncharted waters with the author, understanding more about what makes them tick and how their stories are brought to the world.

R.A.'s debut trilogy is an exciting exploration of a world designed by the Gods and commanded by the fates. Her writing style commands magic and the soul with ease, welcoming you to the world of Maia. It was so much fun to sit down with Raine and pick her brain about Dove's origins, her characters and their world, her journey as an author, and her plans for the future.

Sing Me Home brings this world to a close, but this is not the end for Raine. While Dove has finally travelled home, she has many exciting worlds up her sleeve.

Stevie creates stories that tear at the heartstrings and rip them clean from your body in the best way. With the release of Vengeance comes the end of Hallie's story, and it was so exciting to sit down with Stevie to talk about the origins of Stitch Up, the journey to get here, her characters, life as a creative by nature, the world beyond the page, and her process as both author and illustrator.

Vengeance is here, and it is anything but sweet. This might be the end of Hallie and Logan's chapter, but this is just the beginning for the Gifted universe.

Demi is known for her ability to weave magic and mayhem into the light between the shadows in her stories. With the upcoming release of the second book in her The Divine Bride series, it felt like a great time to catch up, talk about Mia's journey so far, Demi's inspirations, motivations, and dreams, and what readers can expect in and beyond These Memories That Bind Her.

Now a full-time author, Demi's next chapter as a writer is sure to be exciting. I can't wait to see what she has up her sleeve not just in the kingdom of Alderdeen, but also elsewhere.

T.J. and I sat down to catch up and reflect on the magic and chaos of the Volkovs in her Bratva series! We got to chat about the youngest Volkov's story, the twists and turns, and the journey to get here. T.J.'s best-selling Mafia series is now complete. And you can all obsess and scream over Lukyan Volkov! Oh, and of course, we talked a little bit about her upcoming shift into fantasy with The Last Syphon!

Kicking off Mapping Lost Worlds with T.J. felt very full circle. Bratva Bride was one of the first manuscripts I ever worked on. Around four years later, and T.J. is a full-time author! She's brought her dreams to life, and it's such an honour to see.
